They weren't the cheapest but I wanted someone to come out that day and they had the availability. On the phone, the story they gave was identical to all others, namely, "we use a bait that makes the rodent thirsty and they leave to seek water." This is BS ... The bait is warfarin, an anticoagulant. I hope the damn thing does die under the floorboards. The technician was very pleasant.

I wanted immediate help and John arrived within the 2 hour window he gave me. He solved my problem swiftly and efficiently and showed me where the rodent had gotten in. Although he felt it was a one-time problem, he set a couple traps at my request. He also suggested what I could do to further secure my basement.
