Response by Resolve Pest Control: Service was rendered and the customer signed an acknowledgment of the satisfactory completion of all services rendered and agreed to pay the cost of services specified in the service contract. I spoke to the customer regarding her low review. Confirmed with the customer per her verbal response that "everything looked fine and that you did everything that you promised, but just expected us to do more than what we discussed." Service was priced well below the industry average. After revisiting the service contract and confirming with the customer that we did exactly what we agreed to do, the customer said she would resubmit a more accurate and positive review.

Response by Resolve Pest Control: Customer received a prompt and professional response to their request for a service proposal. Customer opted not to accept said proposal. We are unaware of any deficiencies in "Quality" or "Customer Service" for a service not accepted nor rendered. Pricing was well below industry average, therefore the "Value for Money" rating must be relative to an isolated matter outside of our control. The overall rating appears to reflect the possibility that we were simply unable to provide the type of service needed for anything less than what we proposed price wise.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
