I could not agree more with the other positive reviews. Tom and his crew were honest and diligent. Tom was up front about how bad off our situation was and was able to clearly explain how he would fix it without out ever pressuring a sale. He finished with in the time frame he said even with the bad weather and with set backs due to how my system was set up. His work and customer service speaks for it's self. I put a lot of trust in him with this huge investment to my home and I would hire him again. I will most definitely be recommending him to friends who need waterproofing work.

We hired Tom and his crew after only talking to one other company. Restivo was the most thorough and clear about what they would do and how long it would take. The quote was much more than the other company but they were doing well more than double the work. Our project was delayed by weather and the teams previous job going over schedule, but once they started they were rock-stars! Our project ended up more difficult due to the way our house was built and we ended up needing to do more work and pay more. This was a bummer but Tom was very clear about why the work needed to be done and assured us it was the right thing to do. They finished much faster than expected, even with rain during our project. Overall this was one of my most pleasant experiences working with a contractor, and would 100% refer and consider Tom and his team for more work in the future.

We received a number of estimates. Tom was the most direct, honest and explained the process in a very easy to understand way. This was not a high pressure sales, just the facts. During the actual process we were kept up to date, and right before the job was finished we had some heavy rain on the weekend. Tom called just to make sure everything was all right and it was. A very excellent experience. We would highly recommend Restivo Excavating.
