"Hi Stephanie, we are surprised and disappointed by this feedback, as it does not align with our records or the work authorization you signed. After spending several hours at your home to inspect the damage, provide an estimate, and assist you in filing your insurance claim, we mutually agreed to wait until your HVAC professional resolved the active leak before we could begin the abatement. Once you notified us the following afternoon that the leak was fixed, we immediately scheduled and dispatched a technician for the next morning. While we understand you chose to go in a different direction while our team was already en route, we pride ourselves on our communication and responsiveness. We will be reaching out privately regarding the signed agreement and the time already invested."
