Joe (the owner) came almost immediately on a Sunday morning when we discovered that our 75 gallon hot water heater had emptied itself into the mechanical room, and had subsequently seeped under the door and wall into our carpeted basement. There was no extra charge for Sunday. Joe tested to see how far the water had seeped out into the room, pulled back the carpeting from the pad, treated all affected surfaces with an anti-mold/mildew spray, and placed a large fan between the carpet and pad. He came back on Monday to check the progress, and returned on Wednesday, and determined that the carpet and pad was dry. He re-stretched and attached the carpet perfectly. We were very pleased with his excellent work, and fair price and would certainly recommend him to anyone with wet carpeting problems.

I was totally surprised that it cost so much to take out carpet and air out your basement but from what my insurance company said the quote was typical for the market. The company was great to work with, very proactive and accommodating. As they say you get what you pay for!

Joe responded same day with a quote. I reviewed several other quotes. I accepted his quote based on his rates and the overview of the service needed to handle our mold problem.
