Restoration 1 of Chester County is a top notch company with an all-star team! I usually donâ t take the time to review, but they really went above and beyond this time! My parents unexpectedly found themselves out of town for a very extended period of time. After what was probably several months, I noticed extensive mold growth on the carpet and subsequently found that the HVAC unit in their home had flooded and saturated about a quarter of the basement. The basement is finished with fine quality wool carpet. My Mom was adamant about saving the carpet. Michael, Lori, Matthew, and Randy are all 5-star employees! They were very accommodating with my schedule, respectful of my time, and extremely punctual. The team worked vigorously and earnestly on mold remediation efforts to restore the area while taking care to preserve the integrity of the finishings. From multiple surface area treatments, to dehumidification, to air purification, I am confident that the space is not only clean and dry, but safe too. They were each so knowledgeable and truly dedicated to the project throughout the entire restoration process, treating my childhood home as though it was their own. Matthew and Randy were very courteous, conscientious, and meticulous. Loriâ s professionalism and patience are unparalleled. From the very first phone consultation to project completion, she consistently worked diligently to ensure that knowledge, information, and progress was communicated thoroughly and comprehensively, not only to me, but to my parents over the phone from several hundred miles away. A leak in our daughterâ s bedroom led us to Restoration 1 and we are so happy it did. The Chester County team were true professionals and quickly diagnosed the mold that had grown over time.
