Restoration 1 of Chicago Lincoln Park

I recently hired Restoration 1 of Chicago at Lincoln Park for a painting project in my utility closet, and I could not be happier with the experience. A few things that really stood out: Efficiency: They estimated the project would take two days, but the crew worked diligently and finished everything in just one. Professionalism: The team was quiet, respectful of our property, and very well-behaved around my family. They kept the workspace incredibly clean throughout the day. Communication: They were very proactive about checking in to ensure I was happy with the progress. When I provided feedback, they took it well and even handled an additional painting task without any hesitation. It is rare to find a crew that is this thorough and easy to work with. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area looking for quality restoration or repair work.

We had a sewage backup issue that required remediation and restoration. After speaking with 4 different companies, we decided to go with Restoration1 Lincoln Park, and are very happy that we did. They were very communicative, worked hand in hand with our insurance company to process our claim, and were always super responsive whenever we needed something from them. Their pricing was also very competitive for both restoration and remediation. While I hope we never have to deal with this issue again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, knowing the high level service we received from start to finish.

Paul is a great person to work with! He walked me through the whole process and was a tremendous help dealing with insurance. Everything was done quickly and the crew put a lot of effort to make all of the repair nice and clean.

Paul from Restoration 1 was fantastic. Paul was extremely fast in responding to my call after our flood. He and his team worked professionally and diligently and continued to work very hard throughout the entire process. He submitted very comprehensive paperwork detailing all the work that was done. First-rate customer service and a very professional crew.

Restoration 1 was amazing. I received a response from Paul shortly after I submitted my request (mold from unknown leak under kitchen sink) and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. While he couldn’t make it due to another appt., he sent his colleague, who carefully assessed the situation and took pictures. Shortly thereafter, we agreed on a very fair price and my home was on the way to being restored the next day. Overall, Restoration 1 did exactly what I needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Paul, Jose, and the rest of the Restoration1 team were fantastic. They submitted the most detailed and comprehensive proposal; were willing to be flexible about price since my insurance company wasnâ t covering any of the costs; did excellent and thorough work; and were incredibly responsive throughout all our interactions. I highly recommend Restoration1 and look forward to hiring them again for the rebuild/repair part of the project.

Paul was nothing less than incredible and ultra responsive. Called me immediately on a Sunday when it was raining inside of my unit from ceiling above. He took the bull by the horns from the get go and he and his team came in and did all the mitigation and damage control. Not to mention, timely reporting and the go between with my insurance company. His team of professionals were super thorough, communicative, friendly and responsible. Cannot recommend this company more!
