Excellent job! Great consumer service. I m renting my property out and I live in California but this company ensured that I was involved every step of the way. They sent me pictures of the work that was done and I felt as though I was right there in Texas. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing water damage restoration.

I had three different people who came out a Courtney, Louis and Andres that came out Sunday night. They were there everyday, on-time, explained everything and always asking if I had any question. They were courteous, caring, kind, professional, and paid attention to detail They also gave me assistance with the claim and had someone out the very next day to get that taken care of.

I hired a mold remediation company with the agreement to perform work with a single company. I then found out half way through job that I would need to hire three companies just to get job completed with up to 3 times the expected time to finish and almost doubled the cost. I also had health issues that were not taken serious enough with precautions expressed by me. Andres forgot to tape off vents day one and two, which lead to me getting sick. Then found out they did not do a complete clean of room to clean mold to complete mold remediation. Andres assured me he would come back out same day and showed up with just a single spray bottle and a ladder, which I was not happy to consider as a complete wipe down of room.

Andres showed up within a couple of hours after talking with him. His team arrived minutes later and they began remediating the water damage immediately. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and the communication level was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and will use them again, if unfortunately, need be.
