My husband has bad asthma from the dry air we had to shut down the dehumidifier that was in the bedroom and also we unplugged the noisy fans. We called the company to pick them up as we did not use them. They said there is no truck now to add more days. The entrance of the crawl space was damaged because the tools was bigger also the plastic of the floor completely damaged. The customer serves gave us hard time and did not want to wait to settle with the insurance to pay them for non used services

"Maam, you committed insurance fraud when you took our check from the insurance company and used it on something else. You did not pay us and we had to file a lien on you house. Now you are angry and spreading lies. If you were just an honest person and paid your bill, none of this would have to happen."

Very professional and high quality service. They came out quickly in an emergency early on a Sunday morning and started mitigation. They checked the progress daily and were flexible with scheduling. They arranged the rebuild, and all of that work was well done. They worked with my insurance company and stayed in budget.
