Amazing work done and amazing to work with! Would highly recommend them, they came out quick to give us a free estimate on the work. Got us the estimate via email same night, we were able to schedule them quickly and got the work finished in a total of 2 days! Amazing work ethic and top notch materials used! They even included pictures as they went of cleaning our crawlspace of mold!

Quick to respond to emails and phone calls. We had several consultations with various providers, but went with Restoration 1 because of their thorough assessment at time of consultation. There were some areas missed on the intitial date of service but after speaking with them about our concerns they came back to finish the job to our satisfaction at no additional charge.

I live in Texas and had a water disaster in my basement in my old home in Knoxville. I had no idea about the damage other than the fact that there had been standing water more than a foot deep in my basement for several days. I found Tom Riordan and boy am I glad I did. It's not often that I find I can immediately form a trust of someone to the extent that I allow them to take the key to my house and let them have full run of the place. But, not only did we establish a quick bond, I know that even though I was not on site, everything was done just as I requested and even more. Mr. Riordan phoned me daily to provide updates and information on progress, what remained, the ongoing costs and even went out of his way to insure that everything was done just as if it were his own basement. They took care of demolishing an old counter and took loads of debris to the dump. They carefully treated for mold and mildew as well as putting down a anti-bacterial spray in the basement. They were extremely careful to place plastic on the floors where they had to remove items. And, even followed up for me on little details that I never would have thought about. I cannot rate them better than the best I have ever used. I would highly recommend their service and in particular Thomas Riordan for his sincerity, professionalism and great business practice. I will be more than happy to talk with anyone wanting to use Restoration 1 of Knoxville about my experience.
