David (Restoration1) over-exceeded our expectations for addressing a mold issue we had developing in a bump out closet in one of our bedrooms. When we noticed our mold issue, we reached out to David for help, and he responded promptly on the same day with a visit to investigate the issue. His knowledge and expertise around the aspect of what was causing the mold issue in our situation helped to identify how best to remediate the matter and prevent the issue from reoccurring. David was very professional and took safety very seriously in handling the mold situation. Restoration 1 took the necessary precautions to ensure that mold spores were not allowed to go airborne when the drywall and molding that were infected, were extracted. We are so thankful for the services of David and his Restoration 1 team. I cannot say enough of how helpful David and Restoration 1 were in helping us with the issue we had.

Basement was flooding when I called Restoration 1 of Greater Milwaukee. David was awesome. He explained everything that needs to happen as well as answered any questions I may have had. Since I had other repair needs due to the flooding, he was able to provide referrals. Although I wish we didn't meet under the circumstances, I'm glad they were there when I needed them. Highly recommended!

They were very response and quick to be available to do the work. They did a great job and surpassed the other quotes we got by far which included removal of damaged property in addition to the cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

David and Ivan are surpassed by none. Had major flood damage to my condo and was very concerned about water reaching next door neighbor. D & I came to the rescue, told us they would start removing very wet carpet (there weighed a ton) immediately and keep working until all carpet and padding was removed no matter how late. They worked very late that evening. Removal of drywall and mold followed and through everything they only had our best interest at heart and did a wonderful job. Amazing and wonderful guys to help you in a very stressful situation. We highly recommend Dave and Ivan from Restore 1. Thanks for everything.
