I was very happy with the individual that performed the testing. I would have liked a bit more information as to what the test would tell me. I asked if the test would give me a clear YES or NO result, and was told it would. Test came back in the 'MAYBE' range, an option I did not know was a potential. I likely would have considered another test protocol if I had known this. Just be aware when you hire them: the test provided (at least to me) was for INDOOR AIR QUALITY ONLY. It did not address any specific issues such as mold or other Toxic substances that might be negatively impacting my health, which is why I engaged the service in the first place. The reason for the low rating on the value for the money is because I do not feel I got what (I thought) I was paying for. If you want to know if, overall, your indoor air is safe to breathe, this is the test for you. If you are looking for a more detailed assessment of what is floating around in your environment, then take a pass on this test. Lesson: As a consumer, I needed to be more informed as to what, EXACTLY, I was getting ready to spend money on. The primary issue I have is not with the company or what they offer. (This person seems to have been a sub-contractor. His card did not have the Restoration 1 name on it.) Both the individual who performed the test and the contact person at Restoration 1 were helpful and prompt. JUST MAKE SURE, AS A CONSUMER, THIS IS THE TEST THAT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEED AS IT IS A LITTLE PRICEY FOR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

The gentlemen that came out to test our home for mold was professional, courteous, and informative. He explained the testing process thoroughly. We received the results from the testing in the mail and no one followed up to explain the report. Overall the report showed positive results, but it had some technical information that it would have been nice to have an expert walk me through. I expected that for the $400 spent.

Awesome! We received courtesy calls before each appointment confirming time of arrival. Ryan kept us informed of what he was doing and why. We would definitely recommend this company for any of their services. Knowledgeable and friendly.
