had a leak in my bathroom, Restoration 1 was out there right away, helped remove the water and dry it out. Great pricing and great communication cannot be happier.

Great company. Would highly recommend. They helped me with my insurance claim and ultimately got it approved when it was initially denied. The workers that came to my home were kind and knowledgeable and the office staff are angels.

We had a water leak that cause wider damage in four rooms of our house. Restoration 1 was on site within an hour, they helped us navigate the Insurance violin process and did an excellent job of getting everything cleaned up and dried and then put back together. Highly recommend them.

Use any other restoration company, but restoration one! I did not receive a projected estimated cost of service for my project, and I had to stop their service less than halfway through or they wouldâ ve financially bled me to death . I then received a bill, which I promptly paid. This bill was followed by a surprise, second bill, even more than the first, which the company attributed toâ an oversight in the amountâ on their part. The insurance paid them in full, with a check, clearly bearing my mailing address. They supposedly sent a refund check to me, but sent it to the wrong address, and now they are putting a stop payment fee on that check, and deducting that amount from my refund . Sloppy, low class business practice, to say the least, which has now earned them the lowest rating I could possibly give, which is more than they deserve. I will also be shouting out to everyone I know, including my contractor, and the community office of my development, to not recommend this company to anyone.

They arrived within a day and provided excellent service. If we need this type of service in the future I would get competitive estimates and not necessarily accept the first one immediately.

They are very detail oriented and kept me abreatst through the process. they were speedy and efficient.
