We’ve been dealing with a water leak for some time now, called Anthony Restoration of Loudoun and they were at the house within an hour. He did great work taking out the old flooring, very polite and quick!

It was such a pleasure working with Brian at Restoration 1. Brian and his team went above and beyond while working on our home which was damaged by a leak coming from neighboring unit. Brian was very thorough in investigating the issues, creating a thoughtful plan of attack and communicating extensively along the way. Since I was on the other side of the US and could not be onsite to see things for myself, Brian went out of his way to send numerous pictures, videos, and set up zoom calls to help me feel assured and knowledgeable. He also went beyond his duties and helped me coordinate other vendors and appointments, something he did not have to help with but willingly did knowing that I was very far from my property. Brian is trustworthy, and so willing and passionate about helping others. He is an expert in his space, also very organized, and an extremely hard worker. I highly recommend you use Restoration 1!

This flood happen during COVID-19 and the people who came to the house and were involved with all the work were nothing but professional. They went out of their way to help with all the concerns in a timely manner. I had to contract the work remotely from Maryland (the job was at my moms home in Virginia) so while I hired this company, my mother was the client. She had nothing but nice things to say about their work. I was involved with the financial side and dealing with them (and my mother) from my home. This was a very pleasant experience for such a huge job.
