They responded to our initial call almost immediately and started working the next morning. (I made the initial phone call after 10:00 PM on a Friday night) . When they finished the area was so clean the only evidence they had been here was the missing drywall and insulation They even assisted us with hiring a contractor to replace the drywall and insulation. Hopefully we will not ever need to do this again, but would not hesitate to call Restoration 1 of the Redlands again.

The team was professional and explained everything in a very clear manner. They took great care in making sure the mold did not spread and contaminate other parts of the house. I really was impressed with everything they did!
