Ben was very quick to respond and knowledgeable about what the scope of work would entail. His bid came quickly and was extremely reasonable. He kept us informed of his progress on the job. Like most projects, it's like "peeling an onion." We discovered more mold in a different area. Ben was very accommodating and able to address the clean up of the additional mold. He was very professional and even hauled away extra debris that we created. He met and went beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend and hire him again!
