Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a company. Mike Torrones was an absolute pleasure to speak with during our initial phone conversation. He came out in record time to assess the issues I was having and he put together a great plan to address all of my concerns. I believe a lot in building trust through relationships, and I can tell you with all certainty that Restoration 1 of Round Rock has a customer for life in me. I had a leak running from upstairs to down with potential mold damage, if I didn't act fast. Mike and his partner Mike, responded and arrived days before any other company said that they could. Then, the two Mikes did an excellent job repairing my water damage and preventing mold! They were the first company to be able to come to my house. They were very punctual, responsive, informative, and professional, yet also very nice and easy going. They managed salvaging my furniture and a light which saved me money. They also ended up painting a ceiling (where there was no damage) at my request, which I am very grateful for! I am very happy with the quality of their work and their customer service. I will definitely use them again for any water damage or mold problems in the future, and I recommend you do too!
