I worked with Dan. Look, restoration sucks. You typically need 3-5 specialists front to back. This means timing and logistical nightmares. What I like about restoration 1 first most is communication. Good or bad, Dan is very responsive. He also is the decision maker. Second, he often saves money by identifying if things just need drying vs cutting into walls. Lastly, and probably the biggest one, is he has connections to all the specialists needed so I only have to go through one person. I highly recommend.

The contractor went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with what he was doing. He sent videos and pictures of the work while in progress. He was patient when I had issues beyond my control. I would definitely recommend him to potential clients.
