Restoration 1 of West Denver is professional and very detailed about the work they do. They will be sure to quote for the work that needs to be done. They will not over charge & will make sure to communicate the process. I like that they even work with the adjuster so I donâ t have to be the middle man.

From start to finish, Restoration 1 was professional and thorough: demolition, mitigation, repair, and painting. Their workmen are craftsmen and their office personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. I was very impressed and pleased with their work. I highly recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver.

Joe and Luis were top notch. Definitely did a thorough job. I highly recommend West Denver Restoration. Micah made sure all was estimated correctly. After job was completed the invoice was less than estimate, due to less time to complete. I appreciate an honest company as to not charge you for work not needed or over estimated.

Had 2 bath tiles starting to separate. I removed 6 tiles and saw moisture & mold. Wanted a professional expert to evaluate and discuss options. The first responder was Micah Jefferson at Restoration 1 of West Denver. He arrived on time and was very friendly and experienced, as we considered my options. We concluded I could do the repairs myself. Had it been worse, he was prepared with professional solutions. His visit to assess the damage and discuss options was free. I would recommend calling Restoration 1 of West Denver if you need an experienced professional regarding damages by water, fire, smoke, mold, etc.

We had a tough mold issue with very little mold showing. Restoration 1 provided us with a cost-effective solution that mitigated the problem. The crew and office staff were great to work with. They were thorough, courteous, accommodating and reassuring during the whole process. We would definitely use them again.
