My father was in the construction industry and was a highly skilled carpenter and stone mason. I grew up watching him work, and then as a young man I assisted him with all of his projects. Now, with over 40 years of experience myself there is virtually no project I cannot handle. As an owner run and operated business you will deal with me on each and every project from start to finish. You will appreciate the quality of my work and my attention to detail. Actually, the best lesson I learned from my father is that attention to detail makes the difference. I pride myself on delivering the highest quality of work in the industry, and I back that up with quality customer service. I want to be your go to guy whether you are doing a large remodel, or by helping you maintain the value of you home by keeping it well maintained with our handyman services.

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace

This contractor walked off my siding project with thousands of dollars and never repaid me nor attempted to contact me. He simply stopped all communication. I attempted to reach him by phone, certified mail, the Better Business Bureau, the New York State Attorney General's office, and through small claims court in Rome, NY. He failed to appear in court. I received the maximum ruling against him. I warn anyone against using this contractor.

I had an emergency no power at all late Saturday night. This company called me right away and helped first trouble shoot the problem over the phone. He was willing to come right over if need be. With his help over the phone we resolved the issue and he didn't even charge me anything at all. They are a very helpful, efficient, and honest company. I will definitely call this company for all other issues I have in the future.

After speaking with several contractors we decided to have David Bochniak replace our old windows. He did an outstanding job with the window replacements. He was meticulous about the woodwork framing the windows, also. His craftsmanship is very impressive. He was timely and very neat (always cleaned up after a day's work). He was very easy to work with, more than kept his word (replaced a few pieces of woodwork from a former window replacement done by someone else), and did not skimp on any part of the job. We are thrilled with his work, price, and our new windows!!!
