Scott was very precise and professional before and during the installation process. He explained why he was doing what he was doing as this was a fairly complicated roof installation. Felt the price was fair and job was performed in a timely manner.

I originally met with a representative and we discussed both price and type of product I wanted installed to replace the failing plumbing vent covers. The representative indicated that they had those products and would ensure they were provided. On the day of the work, the person repairing the roof arrived with the one item I did not desire to have installed (same one the representative showed me). I communicated with the owner of the company regarding the roof vents and he texted back as me to "work it out with the repairer on-site" ; problem was that we had a language barrier but we use a translator app to communicate the basics. Fortunately, the vent covers didn't work anyway so the repairer replaced with covers that were more acceptable. Bottom line, the work was completed proffessionally however customer service is what caused me to lower my rating.
