Everything went smoothly, from the estimate to the final install of the roofing. Informative estimate - Jose came prepared with an outline of my roof already completed, answered questions while respecting my time, sent up a drone to make sure I didn't have major visual problems. Reasonable estimate - Proposal was backed up with detailed information. I knew what I was getting for the estimate and what I would have to pay more for if they found problems. Good workmanship - They came on time, worked hard, and it is a beautiful job. What I loved was that they took pictures of the process, especially showing where I had some rotten planks that required extra money to replace.

Restoration Roofing is truly AMAZING! My elderly in-laws were scammed by someone claiming to be from a home improvement company. My father-in-law asked if they could check his roof to see if it needed to be replaced. While up there looking around, and realizing they weren't going to be hired before my father-in-law had gotten other estimates, they proceeded to tear a large hole in the roof and the ceiling below. I came to visit a week later and saw the damage. The neighbor next door gave us the name and phone number of Restoration Roofing. I called and spoke to Jose. I explained the situation, and within hours, the needed repairs were completed. Words can not describe how grateful we are for their quick, professional response! If you are in need of a new roof don't hesitate to call them. We will be using them when my in-laws need any exterior work done. I only wish I lived close enough to use them at my home.

We selected a week that we were going to be out of town so we wouldn’t have to deal with the noise and old material that comes with a project like this. They sent daily pictures of the entire process and also pictures of rotted plywood when they had to replace the underlay. The house looks so much better with the black roof and gutters. Ranj (sales) laid out a detailed estimate & didn't make any big promises with insurance (though they did thoroughly talk with the insurance company when the time came). They promptly addressed the active leakage by putting tarps on multiple areas that might have been compromised. It followed with the roof replacement as soon as weather allowed. We were able to save some money since it would have got worse, otherwise.
