Jeffrey has been amazing from day one. He was out the day after we had water damage and had people in and pulling up carpets to start drying everything out within 24 hrs of the initial claim. He has gone above and beyond with helping us get our claim processed. I couldnâ t say enough they are amazing!

I love this company! I live a couple of hours away from my elderly mom who lives in Macon, I needed someone there while I was down there, she has had many bad experiences with contracors not doing what they are suppose to do..I called Jeffery at 5 on a wed..needed someone quickly, he had people out to inspect an hour later, started drying us out the next day. Only company I would trust with my mom!Jeffery and Graham and the whole crew have been great to her and have been going over and above to make her feel safe and comfortable during this whole process! They have been great working with her insurance company as well, and have been in constant commuincation with me with updates and questions. This is the company to hire! I can feel secure knowing they are taking care of my mom even when I am not able to be there. The only company I would EVER trust with my mom!!! LOVE these guys!!

My impression of Restoration Source is it must be a small company, and overwhelmed with their workload. Originally scheduled an appointment for Friday through Angi, which the vendor missed; Angi called to notify me they had been unable to reach the vendor and wondered if they had called me. I called Restoration Source to find out if they were still interested. The owner (Graham Dale) blamed Angi for the miscommunication and asked to reschedule. We rescheduled for Tuesday morning at 9. Graham called 30 minutes after the appointment time saying they were **covered up** and wanted to reschedule. When I expressed how disappointed I was that he did not call in advance, he hung up. This raises red flags for me. If a vendor has trouble keeping an appointment just to provide an estimate, it does not provide any comfort in their ability to show up and complete a job. This type of repair work is a major investment, and you need to be able to trust the vendor you are partnering with. The first red flag should have been when they spoke negatively of one of their large competitors.

Great work and excellent communication

Very professional. Willing to work with you if insurance canâ t cover the issue. Everyone I have met is very personable and they really care about you.

Be careful with your insurance company, they will try to get out of oaying

I would hire him again if needed.

He was very nice and very professional. I never felt unsafe when he was in our home. He created a comforting environment for me and my daughter.
