If you have received water damage in your home I would be very careful about hiring this company and thoroughly review your policy to make sure you do not have a water damage waiver that limits the amount of money you can receive for your claim. These people will not tell you until they have done about 7k worth of work. Their prices are extremely high because they are taking advantage of the insurance companies. They did a lot of unnecessary work just to bill the insurance. The end result was the removal of all the bottom cabinets and countertops but not before they had to pretend to try and dry everything out for 3 days so they could bill for it. Than they removed some drywall from the kitchen and bedroom, and half the carpet in the bedroom and received about 17k from the insurance company and they sent me a bill for the $3706. If you have unlimited insurance they are probably ok, the guys that came to do the work were all awesome but the initial guy Steve i spoke with is in on the con regarding the waiver. It was never even mentioned as a possibility, he says he did not expect it but the operations manager David told me they see it all the time. My advice is to do your diligence, check your policy before even talking to these people so they do not take you for a ride like they did me and my family. If i had known i would of gotten estimates for all the work done and went with a company that does not overcharge due to insurance compensation.

Our house flooded. Mold remediation, and complete tear down and rebuild on almost our whole entire house. They were wonderful. I recommend them all the time.

They were great to work with. They made sure the insurance company was able to get us everything we needed. And the restoration was great.
