Dan and Mike were prompt, thorough, paid attention to detail. They were respectful of the surrounding areas. Polishing of our entrance way marble looks great. Worked for pretty much six hours straight. Not cheap, but still good value and great quality of workmanship.

I had a few high traffic areas that needed grout repair. I have hired other companies to repair this but the problem kept coming back. We hired Dan and I will say his work was flawless. He is a true professional. All the grout back to the original look like the day it was installed.

They were on time, did what they said they would do. But just from a customer satisfaction standpoint, they should have cleaned off the excess from the shower tile.

We had Dan give us an estimate to re grout our kitchen, dining room and laundry room tile. Over time it was filthy; and it had high traffic areas that were really bad, while the rest was just okay. Another area had grout that was a totally different color. We cleaned our floor often but the grout could never come clean enough. He traveled to the east side to give us an estimate. He was personal, professional and he said he could make our entire floor one color and he had an opening to get us in 3-4 days. He was on time for the estimate and for the appointment. He brought one person with him. The two of them were willing to do anything we needed to make our floor something we loved. And they did! We would highly recommend Dan to make your floor new again; just like he did ours. We love our floor thanks to him. Excellent service, excellent workmanship. The only thing I would caution on, is that they didn't want to move refrigerators, washers or dryers to do underneath them. Not a huge deal, but something to consider.
