Once they were paid, they wouldn't answer phone calls or return our calls, or texts, and never did the proper follow-up with our insurance company to prove the job was done. Not sure yet, but the roof was done fine, quickly, but they subcontract the job out to a group of roofers, they don't do the work themselves. Smooth and charming Tucker is really nice, but again, once they get the final check - You can't get hold of them. I certainly hope that if the roof does need to be repaired or we have problems, that they will follow-thru on their promises that they would be available, but I doubt that is the case based on their lack of interest in us now that they have their money.

We had a leaking roofing issue from a fly by night crew that installed a new roof and vent a few years back. Restore Pros responded to my call, efficiently found the problem, and completed the work quickly. Reasonable cost for rapid completion. The whole crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. I'd use them again for my roofing needs.

They stayed in touch. We each rescheduled once. They were polite & good communicators. I was impressed by the fact that Glenn took & showed me photos of what was happening on the roof when he came to evaluate it.Their quote was almost half that of another I'd gotten.Would hire them again at any time.

Restore Pros did an excellent job putting in a backsplash for my kitchen. They were very professional and truly concerned about the quality of their work. They did a great job.

I had several panels on my roof that were loose. They made an extra effort to get the repairs done before stormy weather arrived. The work done was good.

Great, fast service. I contacted Glen on a Sunday and he was out to look at my roof on Tuesday morning. He took pictures and explained the repairs that needed to be done. My repair was a simple fix so he was able to get it done quik. Glen was very professional and I felt confident in trusting him to do my repair. I will most definatly contact this company for future needs.
