Restore Rite

I called them for a quote I never received a quote. Was never told that the man coming in to talk would cost me money. I was charged for charged for 3 men and most of them were just standing there doing no work while only one person did all the work. No real cleaning was done and I was charged for it. After 3 weeks I called my insurance company and was told they were waiting for a bill from them. I sent a text and was told they would resend and still the company received not bill. I finally had to ask for a copy of the bill to send to my insurance company. I would never recommend them for anything. The bill I received was ridiculous for the work done. What they charge for the work and type of work is simply ridiculous. I had to clean up all t he glass and everything they did absolute no cleaning. not worth the money or time to use

AJ & Mark worked wonders! Iâ m a real estate broker. One of my sellers had a pipe burst. House was ruined. AJ and Mark came in. Calmed my seller down. Spoke to the insurance company on his behalf. Got him the money to fix the house. Fixed the house. I ended up selling it for more than what any of us thought. These are men of their word. Honorable. Time efficient. Really superb experience after what appeared to be a crazy time. Recommend them with my eyes closed.

Restore Rite was definitely the right call! Having a pipe burst and flood the basement was very stressful, but the one thing I didnâ t have to worry about was water removal. They swooped in quickly and professionally, and thoroughly removed every bit of the soaking wet carpet. They prevented further damage to my furniture and dried out the rest of the basement. They sprayed for mold prevention too. Awesome job from Restore Rite, they really saved the day!

Remodeled my bathroom to make it more accessible. Everything came out great. The job was done quickly, they were very professional, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this company again.

We had a flood in our basement. Restore Rite came to our aid quickly. They removed all the water, replaced the damaged walls and made it look like nothing ever happened. We are so grateful for their professionalism and how quick and seamless they made it look. We most certainly will use them again.
