Resurface Master

Ryan and Leslie came to my home to reglaze my bathtub. He told me that he was using a new paint for the first time. After the 24 hr curing period, I look closely at my bath tub and the paint was very uneven and rough. I called Ryan and he came back a week later and ended up putting 10 coats of paint of the tub, the second time was worse than the first. He did not cover my towel bar, light fixture or commode and they ended up with a lot of over spray on them. when I took down the paper over the tub I discovered that the walls over the tub also had a lot of over spray on them. Ryan told me that he had ordered some paint and when it came in he would comeback and repaint the tub. He told me he would be at my house at 10:00 on Oct 15. He did not show nor call. when i called him he pretended that he could not hear me. and when I called again the call went straight to voice mail. He also spilled paint on my concrete driveway and did not attempt to get it up. He also told me that his work is guaranteed for l0 yrs. what good is a warranty if he will not talk to you? My bathtub has to be redone, my walls have to be painted and my commode, light fixture and towel bar all have to be cleaned at my expense. I am planning to take legal action against him. The only reason I gave him a half star is because I had to choose a rating. i would have given him a 0 if possible. I am happy for the people that received a good job from him. Sadly, the job he did for me was a disaster.
