I was the project manager for this project. Mark's customer service definitely could have been better in the aspect of looking out for his customers. Mark tried to get away with more at the end of the project. I felt he took advantage of us. Labor was not bad, his subs were great. He was to hold our hands the entire way with accounting and such but that did not happen.

We had hail damage to our roof. The insurance adjust came out. Mark was the middle price quote we went with. He picked out the color and did the roof vents and this helped with the ventilation on the home. He went above and beyond. The quality of the shingles is better then we expected.

Mr Marietta did send a man to our house that was not part of his organization. The man was extremely knowledgeable about putting in gutters and he and his son did extremely fine work. This job was finally completed after several weeks of trying to get a professional to help. The job was relatively small and we felt as though we were put off by other handymen, but the man who did the job was great and we are satisfied with the results
