OmG, i am floored by the knowledge of this outstanding young man. He diagnosed my fridge quickly and is ordering the part. Then he put the fridge back together and texted a receipt. Then he fixed my washing machine that wasnâ t getting cold water. The machine is huge and he moved it. It took him like 10 minutes. And the price you will love love love!!! He was just amazing

Paul was able to come to our house the day after we called. The other vendors we called were all a week later. Paul examined our Maytag wash machine and quoted us a price to repair it. The machine is 20 years old and it would cost almost $1000 in parts to repair. Paul spent another 20 minutes with us suggesting names of reliable wash machines. He was very helpful. I will call Retro appliance for ALL of my repair needs.

Paul Scarberry is without a doubt the best repair man I've run across in years. He was able to fit me in (on a Saturday am !!!), was very knowledgeable, honest, and fair, and a really great person. It isn;t often you run across someone with such great qualities. He should be at the top of everyone's list of go to professionals. It was a great experience after 3 weeks of bad experiences, and best of all my fridge is working great now. Can't thank him enough.

The owner, Paul, was very knowledgeable and both able and willing to answer some general questions that I had.

Got the job done. My dryer works. However it was a costly repair of over $400. I did research on the part replacements using the replacement part item numbers on my receipt and found them cheaper than what I was charged. I felt taken advantage of but my end result is my dryer is repaired.

It may have been slightly pricey, BUT, when I factor in the quick response time, the quality of the work and the good information/advice given, I feel they provided good value. Paul is very professional and personable. He had every opportunity to rip me off but instead explained how the sensor works on the dryer, cleaned off the sensor with an alcohol pad and checked everything else. He reversed the door as requested. He was quick but not hurried and provided great service and information. I would recommend him without hesitation to fix your appliance.
