    Very professional installers. Clean appearance. Very informative during the installation. They left the site cleaner than when they arrived.     The signs of an oncoming poor experience were evident from the start. The project manager put together a faulty quote, including the incorrect kind of foam, mis-assigning areas for closed cell vs open cell. The installers came and took three hours to even get started. The lead installer was a nice guy, very open to feedback and hearing concerns, but he should not have been out on his own leading a crew. They came out three more times and still did not complete the work. They called in help from a their national headquarters to finish up the job and it still left us uneasy. The manager of the outfit was responsive and kind. It is clear they have had inssues retaining employees, which I have empathy for given the employment market, but shoot dang. We will not be having them back for more work we need done.
