After 3 or 4 trips out to our home, they did not repair my machine. They put on a $50 part, and it did nothing to how my machine was working. And at the very end, basically they told me that all washer machines are all made to last only 5 years. So therefore, it was time for me to get a new machine.

"the reason we couldnt fix it is because we are here to save people money and putting a transmission in a machine is very time consuming and cost alot for the customer im sorry we didnt fix it they way she wanted it fix....it worked fine after we put the other part on but she kept wanting us to come back.."

These guys were great. I called at noon on a Sunday, and they were out within 5 hours! I didn't expect even a call back until Monday. They were quick and efficient and fixed my dryer without a problem. Their service call fee was lower than most places too.
