Write a ReviewNice guys. Communication is poor. I paid several thousand dollars for new windows and not a year in and they already have a condensation issue and are drafty. I made multiple attempts to contact for warranty but I am being ghosted. No response to my voice-mails or emails. Last rep I spoke to said they would contact my "local manger directly". That was over two weeks ago.
Annoyed with how the company is structured and lack of communication. Would recommend you try any other contractor before using them. Nice presentation and cool 3D rendering of house but once you sign is seems like hold your breath and hope something good happens.
My issues very poor communication, inhome sales told me 3 weeks out * 10/24 , then found out they won't even look at your project without a deposit. So deposit was made 11/8 order and supplies didn't get processed or ordered until 2 days later 11/10. I received notice on 11/17 they received my material and just started working on my project, which they say should take 3 1/2 weeks to get it built-up. So they won't have it ready to install until 12/? Next is I don't even have an install date, so thats another 3 weeks out, so I won't have my bath and shower done until early January. I'm tryingt go figure how to cancel now
Tyreece reaching out to the guy that made this happen. Windows beautiful! All windows side windows open even the big one n living room that hadnâ t originally ever open. But now even in living room they open.! Thank You young man for your integrity, honesty and making sure I could afford the financing making everything seamless And easy. GOD BLEES YOU TYREECE And ThankYou from the Phillips Family for Brightening Our Lives With you CRYSTAL CLEAR WINDOWS WOW SO CLEAR AND TINTED ON THE OUTSIDE! BEAUTIFUL.. One unfortunate piece of glass cracked in the corner and DaBella already ordered replacement. Great Customer Service and the installers were wonderful, professional making sure my wife watching the install was happy and satisfied. Hate to put blinds in them so clear and the view out to our trees.. magnificent. (null)
I really liked the first two people I talked to Gage and Sage, and although their original quote was ridiculous, the technology they used was impressive. I was able to negotiate a cost I was comfortable with. DaBella I first met with the representatives, Sage and Gage, from Dabella on or about May 4, 2022. They took a look at my project and presented a plan of action to replace the roof. The project was to include removing the existing roof/sheeting and replace it as well as remove the two present chimneys and close up those openings. One of the main selling points Gage expressed was that if DaBella found any additional items/costs, they would cover those costs since they, as the professionals, should have found it initially. That is a rough quote from Gage. At that time, I had received a couple of other quotes for the roof replacement, ranging from $11K to $15K and after discussing prices and negotiating over the course of the next few days, I ultimately decided to go with DaBella at a cost of around $16K (exact numbers in the documentation). I was impressed by the technology they used, the warranty, and since this house is quite old, the peace of mind that this was all-inclusive if they found anything further, was a driving force in that decision. I signed documents with them on May 9, 2022 and was told that we?d start in six to eight weeks. Around the first part of June 2022, I was contacted by Sage and made aware that there was an ?error? in the paperwork/financing agreement and that the cost for the removal of one of the chimneys had not been included in the scope of the project. He stated that if I wanted it to be included, I?d need to finance or come up with another $2500. After some back and forth, it was decided that I would demo one of the chimneys myself and that they would do the other so as to avoid any additional costs. I was provided with an addendum to sign and confirmed this detail several times via text. The project was slated to start June 20th but the day came and went and no one showed up. I contacted Gage and Sage, and over the next, almost, two weeks attempted to get some solid information on when we?d be starting. I finally heard back from a project manager, Camilla, on July 1, 2022 who said that the roofer would be contacting me and that we should be starting the next week. I did hear back on July 5, 2022, the project started July 6, 2022, and was ?completed? in approximately a week. When I saw it, I was immediately concerned that the sheathing was not replaced since there were several places that were wavy/bumpy and there was a section of sagging eaves. Micah, a DaBella rep, contacted me a day or so after and stated that I owed them $2300 to cover the cost of the chimney ?that I told the roofer to demo? and for the extra materials purchased for my project. I was surprised and explained that I had gone through the chimney discussion several times and explained what Sage and Gage had told me about extra costs. I also brought up my concerns about how the roof looked and inquired about why it looked the way it did. He gave me several excuses about ?training issues? and ?learning opportunities? for sales staff verbiage/promises and that the chimney was never included in the project. I provided him with the documentation detailing the chimney discussions and in the coming days he did agree that I needn?t pay for that but that I was still responsible for approx. $800 in extra material (three sheets of plywood, ect). After this conversation, I got to thinking about the materials and about the plywood for the project. They specifically mentioned that they had to buy three more sheets so I asked the roofer, Adrian, how many sheets he had been provided with. He responded that he had a total of thirteen including the ones that were purchased ? I have more, can&#...
Thanks
Raimee was a huge help and an excellent saleslady. She went above and beyond, however, we were unable to justify the price of the project even with the discounts she was able to offer us due to the estimate being almost double the next 3 quotes. We chose to go with a more economical choice.
Poor quality work, overpriced, no response to complaints.
Poor quality work, overpriced, no response to complaints. After nearly two years and numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, different installers show up to mend some of the work - some of what they did was worse. Dabella repeatedly asked me to remove my review from this site, I refused. Keep that in mind when reading positive reviews.
We have been needing to get the roof replaced for a few years now and Dave and Diamond did not give up. We finally get a new roof :)
