The DaBella products are great. The final job turned out amazing. They contract with professional installers and completed my roof in 4 days. My job started within a week of hiring DeBella. The only reason I did not give 5 star on customer service was a lack of communication from the project manager regarding a one day delay during my project. I purchased a fifty year warranty on the roof that is a one time transferable warranty.

Had my roof replaced a while back. While Iâ m fine with that, Iâ m very unhappy with the damage they caused to the trim around my garage door during the project. Once DaBella got the $$$, they just shrugged their shoulders. The last person I talked to told me nothing could be done. So disappointed with their customer service. I would NOT recommend DaBella.

acob Cartwright was a great help for us. He was visiting a previous customer and friend of our across the street from us and stopped by after to offer his services. After doing a very high quality and in-depth inspection we learned about the several issues, and Jacob carefully walked us through the process of what needed to be done. The professional approach by this company! Well presented and transparent. I chose this company to replace our windows even though the cost is about 6K more than another company due to our confidence that we will be getting what we paid for and that professional customer service will be provided before, during installation, and after the windows are installed. Alex Tarin is our sales representative from DaBella that will be with our project from start to finish and support after installation. Very refreshing to see someone like him that truly enjoys his job!

Daniel was awesome to work with. DaBella worked with me to provide me an exceptional offer on vinyl siding where nothing was owed for 18 months. DaBella was aware of my financial constraints given the home purchase but saw the value in my business and so was able to take this risk so that I can enjoy new vinyl siding today. They did excellent work replacing our garage roof, thank you. Their customer service could use a little tweaking. Everyone from the sales rep to the owner were very professional but they lost points on customer service due to not informing us of schedule changes a couple of times. It's not right to keep the customer waiting and wondering if they will show up or not.

Giovanni is the sales rep that came to us and showed us their product, how they install, and their guarantees. They were very upfront about not being the cheapest quote I would get, but Giovanni was very confident about being the best. He was right, they are pricier than the other guys, but I got terms that I could never get from the competition. DaBella is very above the board company. Their installation process and product they use is superior. If you live in Snohomish county ask for Giovanni. He is not a pressure sales guy and truly believes in the product he is selling, so he does not have to be pushy. I will be contacting him next year when I need to replace my windows.

DaBella has been a great company to work with in this initial planning stage of our project. Giovanni P. has been our sales rep to walk through the options and many details to consider with a complete 3-part project. His training, experience and eye for detail has been appreciated in getting the 3-parts to work together beautifully on paper. The process to date has been a pleasant experience working with Giovanni as well as the friendly and knowledgeable call center reps before he arrived to help us. He has been patient and through in presenting options, answering our many questions as well as helping us keep our project costs in a range reasonable enough for us to consider moving forward with all 3 parts together instead of at different times.
