Project: New Windows - 2
Absolutely horrid company. They were extremely unprofessional to the point of harassing us after we had given them over $8000 as payment for a job not even started. Quality was so poor that we needed to hire yet another roofing company to the tune of $2000 after we paid them $23000. Very poor customer service

We are deeply sorry to hear that you were having issues, but it was determined the issue was with your skylights which has nothing to do with us so unfortunately there is nothing we can do about something sold and installed by another company. Only issue that I had a problem with was doing some work when it was raining and caused a couple of leaks and put some roofing over snow and ice, which will go away. Workers did a good job and I would recommend this company.

They installed my tub shower in one day. They did an outstanding job. They explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up everything before leaving and hauled away everything. The new tub shower is beautiful. I love it. Great people.

The Reve sales team was very thorough and patient during the estimate. In addition to all the roofing info, they told me their installers would remove and replace the gutters. After double checking with the Reve sales rep and the Reve front desk, I took a day off work to clean the gutters thoroughly while they were down (how convenient would THAT be??). Turns out the roofers are contracted and this team anyway does NOT remove gutters (aargh), but they did do a great job replacing our asphalt shingles in two days! They returned a few weeks later (after Reve nudged them) to repair a few dings and cracks in the siding. All in all, I am really happy.

The roofing contractors were excellent. They completed the roof in 2 days minus the sky lights. They were all very polite and hard workers. The communication between REVE and the contractors was not the greatest. The installers did not know they were supposed to replace the sky lights and there was mis-communication on paying the bill. I think I paid more than I should have, my neighbor had the same thing done the week after my was finished and they paid a lot less than we did. That being said, glad its done and it looks great.
