Yes. Everything was done correctly the first time. The project manager, Jacob Rusyn, and his team were all very professional and kept me informed each day of the progress and worked with me when decisions needed to be made.

No hassle, little mess, huge quality! I love my new cabinets. The refacing took about two and a half days. Dave was always on time, respectful, patient with my questions and quiet. This is a really great company from the sale to the completion. The installer cleaned up so well that I didn't even know he was ever in the house and the look of the refacing is like I have completely new everything.

They left a very jagged piece under one cabinet and never bothered to finish under the dishwasher. The biggest problem is that the cabinet facing starting peeling off after 4 years. Check their ?guarantee? carefully. They only offered a tiny discount to fix their shoddy product. Very frustrating.

Laminate separating in certain places. Contacted Revelare and received an estimate for $275.00 to repair. I paid them $19,682.00 in January 2022. Whatever happened to standing behind your craftsmanship? Whatever happened to customer service? Dennis Shepard

The job was amazingly done. I was never inconvenienced, pro cleaned behind himself, very professional. Took time to explain cleaning & maintenance. Overall great experience. I am pleased.

Edward Shots was great. He never made me feel any pressure and explained every detail I would highly recommend him to anyone. I even missed Pickleball because of him. It was well worth it.

Do not ever use this company. Delays. Terrible customer service. Revelare does not answer phones nor return calls

Severely disappointed with several things. The designer suggested a countertop that did not match the flooring at all - not even close. I have cabinets that don't have the proper (missing) shelving. Kitchen remodel with Revelare Kitchens was over $26K. Was promised customer satisfaction, which is a joke. I have been trying to get someone, anyone to contact me to discuss my concerns for a month now. Not response to numerous emails and phone calls. Would not recommend this company. They sold me a kitchen, then vanished from the picture!

Will was here and did a very in depth presentation of kitchen remodeling thru his company Revelare. Presented all details with good explanations. No pressure. Indications are that this company has a very good product but we r not ready to sign today.

Expensive, but given that the cabinets & shelves were built to size, we are pleased with the product, the install and the installer. We aren’t yet finished with our end with one counter left to go, so but so far so good

Will was great in informing me of all the details involved in my project. He’s very personal, and professional - a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the product and covered all the details and offered good suggestions and advice.

I DO NOT recommend Revelare Kitchens. If there were a negative rating option, I would have given them -5. They are highly unprofessional. The initial consultation for refacing kitchen cabinets took place on July 20, 2024. They started the project much later than scheduled and postponed my appointments several times. What was supposed to be done in 4 days ended up taking about 2 weeks, and even after that, the work is still unfinished. I recently received an email from them stating that the reminder of the project might be finished in March 2025 or shortly thereafter. The quality of their product is extremely poor. I was told I would receive real wood, but I did not. Additionally, I had chosen the shaker door style, but what I received was something only loosely resembling shaker style, not the genuine design. The soft-closing doors and drawers are a complete joke. They use very cheap materials for the soft closing mechanisms and hardwares, resulting in poor quality and functional
