The original presentations and initial communication was stellar. As soon as the system was installed, my concerns fail to the wayside. I have had to reach out to Oncor and stay in consistent contact with my utility provider to initiate my PTO and ensure my profile was updated. I was also charge 40% over the market average. The production I was promised is barely enough to cover my note on the equipment/installation. I wish I could take the decision to do business with revelation back. I was grossly overcharged for an obsolete product and disgusting customer service.
