Finding the right contractor to complete your project is a daunting task. We are so happy a neighbor referred us to Carlos and his company Revival Construction. The goal of my review is to give you the confidence to hire him (and no, he’s not related to me!) Top reasons why we loved working with Carlos: 1. Positive attitude towards everything 2. Responsive 3. Quality of work 4. Excellent value We hired Carlos to finish our basement. It was hard trying to visualize what the space could be but Carlos did an excellent job of guiding us through the process and giving us options to maximize our space. Whenever we decided to make a change, Carlos was always receptive and positive to anything we threw it at him. He was always available and quickly responded to any texts or emails. The picture speak to the quality of work he provides. When I worked with a different contractor in the past, I had to spend time monitoring their work to make sure they didn’t cut any corners. This was not the case with Carlos. He took the time to do the job right as opposed to just getting it done so we can move onto another job. We got a number of bids for our basement and it was crazy how different the pricing was. From our first meeting, we really like Carlos and he offered great value with a solid endorsement from our neighbor.
