Our experience with Revive Properties was nothing short of extremely refreshing. In a time when companies lack follow-up, communication and professionalism, particularly in a lackadaisical beach community, Jake and his company embodies it. We went months determining if we would proceed with our project or companies previously engaged, but it was Jake's patience and gentle persistence that had us push him to the top of the list. Jake Armstrong is fantastic. He is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer my many questions regarding the work his company did, as well as other unrelated questions regarding home improvements. I had Talavera Tile installed over the stove, and ledger stone at porcelain tile around the fireplace. The work was done in a good amount of time and looks great. I am very satisfied and would definitely hire Jake again.

I cant say enough great things about the work that was done. The work performed was quick, the work area was left clean at the end of each day, and the quote given didn't change at all! We were so satisfied with the work done and the price for everything, that we've already got our master reno planned with them :) Jake with Revive Properties was so helpful and very quick to respond with any questions we had! Very professional and the men who worked on the project were first class. From the beginning to the end they kept us involved by letting us know what was being done and the cost.

Tried to pay with credit card as the Home Advisor profile indicated that credit cards were accepted, however Jake Armstrong indicated the he did not accept credit cards.

Mr. Armstrong was very involved start to finish. He made sure I was pleased before accepting payment. He also came to inspect the work himself. I felt his charges to be reasonable. He is pleasant and eager to please. Jake is conscientious, efficient, pleasant, and great about following up on project. Workers did a good job and cleaned up after they were finished.

He is very prompt, clean, and really great attitude.
