Revive Remodeling, LLC

Used Mike and Dan and their team on a basement remodeling and partition wall. They gave me a fair estimate and broke the pay structure down into phases upon completion. They started the project within 2 weeks of deposit being payed and their team worked their butts off to give me and my family an exceptional new bedroom and finished basement. Dan, Leo, Tony and all the folks who worked on the project were kind and professional. They worked hard and gave their best and it showed. The project started about 4 weeks before Christmas and finished 2 weeks afterwards. Everything they promised was delivered. I was very happy with decision here and will use again in the near future on another project. I wish them all the best.

Did not have a good experience. The workers were knocking on my door asking for money when we already paid the contractor. They left all the leftover wood etc in our yard for us to clean up. Very unprofessional

Did a decent job on deck replacement. Had to return to replace a split 4x4. They pushed back on it a little but eventually did replace it. Some of the handrails are a little loose. Overall, not a bad job.

They were great I just wish they would have moved the dirt that they dug up so I didn't have to. I would still recommend them. They did come and get all the extra wood though.

Each person that came in was professional and courteous. Workman ship appears very good. We are beginning the drywall stage now, so hopefully it goes as well as the previous work.

The guys who actually built our deck did an amazing job. One day, they worked for hours in the rain, and they were always professional and polite. Revives customer service was not the best. Mike, our install manager, did not communicate with us as we thought he should have, especially after our original plans completely changed. What we were told would be a 2-week project once it was started, ended up being a 7-week project.

Very disappointed in end result for my deck. I felt the job was thrown together just to get it done. No attention to details. They used a free hand saw to cut the boards which none of them lined up. I am still stuck with those ugly gaps. The wood was label side up and never paid attention to turning it over to see if that side was better. I will be spending time sanding the rough spots on the wood which is very visible on the railing. Screws were drilled in but found many raised up and discovered they were broke in half. I had to redo so many. I had to call the crew back twice to replace boards I found bad. Looking at a distance the deck looks good but please do not look to close!! I do not recommend using this company.

Signed a contract with them. It was supposed to be completed in 2 to 4 weeks, however, he said he had a problem getting the permit. We found out, from a **very reliable source**, that that was not the case, he decided to do other, more expensive projects before us. He had the material l dropped off sit there for two weeks. They came to dig the post, the day after, the inspection did not pass. We decided not to go any further with this Revive. Contacted another company and when they began the work, they noticed that all of our composite deckings had mold on it from being stacked on top of each other for two weeks in the heat and humidity! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Good value, work was completed as scheduled, no issues.

Revive need a outstanding job in the construction of my new deck and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

Mike was "Great" he personally came to my house and explained the different vinyl fence options/time/cost! Mike delivered what he promised! He's very trustworthy and I plan to use Revive Remodeling again!..Jeff

Very happy with the deck. We were told 5 days was complete in 4. Constant contact with everyone involved would highly recommend.

Great deck built fast and well. Trouble with city and inspections. Not great communication amongst themselves on plans. But great work in the end and fast.

We had our fence put in in two days. Great experience!
