"Thank you for the review. I was glad that I was able to resolve the problems we were having in a positive way"
"Thanks Mike for the review. I wa glad that everything went smooth and I got to meet your service puppy. Good luck"
"I told you up front that I did not do mold remediation. After removing the sheetrock that had some mold on it, we looked inside the walls and it was covered in mold. I usually do not work on mobile homes, so I suggested you find someone to get rid of the mold and apply new sheets rock. I also do not cut through subflooring. I am sorry you rated me so low for being honest with you."
"I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased. I told your hubby if the door repair did not hold, I would discount the installation of a new door."
"Our job on this project was to move a exterior door. When we tore out existing exterior door, massive termite damage was found. We restructured existing "mud porch", removed three structure point posts and installed new laminated header. The majority of work we performed was not originally planned. Termite damage was so invasive, the new exterior door had to be relocated. We were present when siding companies came out to give homeowner bids. We told ALL parties we did not do siding and if there was anything we needed to change to let us know. The siding companies reported to the homeowner, not to us. We had no involvement with siding work, quality, prep, delays, bids and/or payments. We could not install any storm door because the siding company had to complete their work. We were paid for the work we performed on June 15th. We were not called to change anything we did. We spoke to homeowner about installing storm door on July 2nd. Could not drop current job to get there same day. Told homeowner we would try to get there before 4th if we could to look at storm door. We did have a sheetrock order come in and could not get to her before the fourth. We broke contact with this customer when we started receiving text messages at 3:55 AM the morning of the fourth. We did our job with no complaints and we were paid in full for our work mid June. No requests were received to make any changes or to add to original work order."
