Billing is a nightmare. Double billed took 2months to get reversed ended up having to dispute it with credit card company because they wouldn't refund the double charge. Now they claim 30 day notice to cancel service. They produced a unsigned contract claiming still owed an additional service visit, When verified with CC Statements realized they already came the required 5 times, even though the contract wasn't signed and invalid.

They were great! Solved my flea problem, and were timely and professional.

Rats in the garage. Basically they came out and set traps to kill rodents. We had tried the same, but they set out a dozen traps in various locations. Within a week we had 3 kills and they came back to remove and reset traps. We have a 30 day return and then I guess we inherit the traps.

So far they have done everything they had promised and in the timeframe they detailed

Previous consultation from different company told me I had Bed Bugs and was going to charge me $1400 to eradicate, John said I did not have them, which was correct call. Thank You John....!

They are the best! I was having a flea problem that after weeks of trying to fix myself I finally decided to bring in professionals. They got back to me the night I emailed and were at my house in the morning. I can't recommend them enough. The customer service is incredible and my mind has been at easy knowing if I have another issue it will be taken care of properly and fast! These guys are the best!!

Great company. We had a mosquito problem in our yard and needed regular visits. RPS took care of the problem and we havent had any issues since hiring them. The company also is composed of former veterans. A great way to support our vets!

The business is very unprofessional. They pay other companies to answer customer calls requesting work. I had three people call me to set up an appointment after I already had set up one. They pretended they were from Revolution, but actually were not. I found out that one was from Sling Shot. They also did not bother to read the technician's report and what he offered to do before they sent me the bill. The technician told me he would do a follow up once a week for 4 weeks and call me after he had made his followup visit ( as this is a rental property). Revolution was not going to do any followups, then after I told them the agreement, said they would do three but they usually charge for each followup so this is not their protocol. I responded that it states 4 weeks of followup. There was a lot of back and forth banter. They finally agreed to the 4, but by now I am thoroughly not impressed with this company and would not trust them in the future.

Received a call from John within 1 hour of requesting pest control and he came to the house shortly there after. After accessing what needed to be done, he had Ray there the same day to begin treatment for the problem. Needed a follow up treatment and Ray came out did further treatment for the problem. Very good service.
