READ THIS TRUE STORY REVIEW!!! My elderly parents lived alone in Florida. We had that situation requiring a quick move to another state, into a facility and near family. Their house was under contract to be sold when there was water damage due to a faulty kitchen supply line. With the Close coming in 2 weeks and just after the long July 4th Holiday weekend, I (remotely from Delaware) vetted 3 local contractors to do the rebuild of baseboards and drywall. BUT, the Insurance company's water remediation company also ripped out the bathroom vanity and broke the mirror requiring replacement. (Note, the deductible was high, so this was out-of-pocket expense). There is no tool to measure the level of Jose's excellent customer service. Remember, this was all coordinated from out-of-state. He was willing to pick-up the new vanity, etc remotely ordered to the local Home Depot and install it together with the original task to rebuild baseboards/drywall. He kept me updated with progress and pictures. AND, I repeat AND, on the day before Closing, when the plumber failed to install the faucet, supply lines and drain, Jose just did the work himself to get us completed in time. Moreover, under our special situation with time constraints, for all he had done and was willing to do, I didn't think Jose was charging enough. I am a big supporter of small business owners so I offered to pay more - he declined. How about that?? Your search stops with Jose and hopefully, he isn't so busy he can't take your project. The owner did an excellent job .Arrived on time and the cost was the same as the quote. He was very careful not to get the drywall dust every where. He cleaned up after the repair very well, I would use his services again and recommend him if asked by a neighbor.

The project consisted of repairing water damaged drywall and ceiling in two rooms and then painting. Jose did an excellent job. He arrived when promised, put in long hours, protected furniture and fans, and kept us informed of progress. The finished product was two rooms that look like new! We plan to hire him again for future painting/drywall projects.

The crew showed up on time and started working immediately. They covered and protected everything needed for doing the knockdown textured ceiling. The project turnout perfect, after clean up, youâ d never know that spraying and knockdown had taken place. I highly recommend this company for youâ re drywall related projects.

This was a two story custom home,metal construction, and they able to over come many difficulties.

They did an excellent job repairing 3 cracks in my lanai ceiling. When they finished they cleaned up. I would not have known they were even here, except the cracks were gone. Very reasonable as well.
