This was a great experience. I called them first thing this am and within 2 hours Daniel (Howell) was here and within an hour, diagnosed, explained and repaired the part in my condenser that had caused my air conditioner to fail this weekend. He answered my questions/concerns and I am one happy camper! Highly recommend this company:)

HomeAdvisor hooked me up with Howell Air Conditioning online. About 5-10 minutes after completing the HomeAdvisor information, Howell Air Conditioning called me up and said they'd be out to my house within a few hours. A few hours later they showed up and fixed my AC. I have nothing but good things to say about Howell Air Conditioning and for HomeAdvisor connecting me with them. I highly recommend using both. :)

Process was simple. They confirmed the appointment the next day. Called to let me know they were running late and then called to let me know they would be there in 20 minutes. Explained everything well. Gave some good tips to help prevent further repair. Would definitively recommend them.

The "morning call" window for appointment was anytime between 08:00 and 13:00. I called in the morning and Daniel updated his arrival time which helped. But he showed on time and performed an annual checkup on the AC unit without any complaints from me.
