I am disappointed with the service provided. The flooring expert did not achieve the color that I requested for my floor. In addition, I was told that the project would take only three days to complete, but it ended up taking an entire week. When I asked the worker about the delay, he informed me that he was the only person assigned to the job. This was not communicated to me beforehand and may have contributed to the extended timeline. Because the project took much longer than promised, I was forced to pay for a hotel room while the work was being completed, which created an unexpected expense and inconvenience. Overall, the final result did not meet my expectations due to the incorrect floor color, the significant delay in completion, and the additional costs I incurred.

Rey replaced a portion of our badly water damaged floor. The floor looks beautiful and good as new. We highly recommend him.

Ray and his crew sanded and refinished our floors they did a great job, had to work around our time schedule because we were having work done on kitchen they came back and did what they said they would do very easy to work with will work with them again

Just had my floors done, had hoped for a simple refinish but the hardwood floor needed significant repair and replacement that I only discovered after ripping up the carpet. Fortunately Virgen was able to accommodate me, they replaced a portion of the floor, sanded and stained, and now the floor looks flawless. You can't even tell where the repairs took place. Very professional with a reliable schedule and prompt response. Recommended.

Ray and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the floors in our 3000 sq ft house. They were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Not only did they refinish the floors but they also moved all the furniture and then put it back. They showed up and got the job done!

I hired them to install wood flooring, my issue is their job was sloppy, The price went up from what we originally talked about. He needed more flooring due to miscalculation and had me order and he was going to pick up, but when it came in, I had to go pick it up. Part of the staining was not completed and he told me to hire a painter to finish. Moved my bedroom furniture to my bathroom floor and when my wife pointed out that was not acceptable they got disrespectful to her.
