Reyes Heating & Air

We recently had a heat-pump unit installed by Mr. Reyes and his crew at Reyes Heating and Air. The crew sent to do the install were great from beginning to end and respected our home the entire time. When looking for a contractor, we did the responsible thing and contacted three companies. I did some homework ahead of time and had an idea of what I was looking for. Mr. Reyes recommended a 3.5-ton system given our 1,700 sq. foot home. He never tried to up-sell us on a bigger system than we needed. The second company offered a quote almost $4,000 more for a slightly smaller heat-pump. A third company was unresponsive and seemed uninterested. Reyes Heat and Air was the obvious choice. Three days were needed to install the outside unit, indoor handler unit and ducting in the attic. The entire time, the crew was respectful of our home and kept the noise down the entire time. By the end of the install, we were completely satisfied and are thoroughly enjoying the cooler temps provided by our new system. Go ahead and contact multiple contractors but make sure you include Reyes Heating and Air. Oh, and the office staff was amazingly responsive as well. You wonâ t regret going with Reyes.

Doesnâ t get any better in terms of fair pricing and quality work

I had a forced air heating unit that went out on Saturday, February 37, 2021. I contacted Home Advisor and they directed me to Reyes Heating and Air. I called and Mr. Reyes contacted me promptly to make an appointment to assess the situation. Upon arriving Mr. Reyes looked at the heater in astonishment and stated that the unit was quite old. I agreed with him and told him that it may be older than both of us together!! We laughed and then got down to business. He started out by saying that the parts that were needed to repair the unit may not even be available due to the age of the heater. Having been a contractor myself (currently retired), I knew he was right on the button. Upon hearing his assessment, I became aware that another direction needed to be taken to rectify my need of a central forced air heating unit. Mr. Reyes suggested we replace the entire heater with a more efficient and reliable heating unit. He suggested a Trane Heater and I agreed. The price was very reasonable and with consideration of the fact that I am retired and my wife disabled everything brought forth was working in our favor. One day installation and all was taken care of!! I will use him again for duct work rehabilitation and recommend his company to any fellow contractors or homeowners who need his service!! Mr. Reyes is a consummate gentleman and an expert technician. I do not hesitate to recommend him. My only disappointment were several follow-up calls I made to him that went unanswered. Otherwise A+..

They showed up when scheduled. Started on time and finished quickly. Cleaned up when finished and did an excellent job.. I had the dryer duct repaired/replaced and am very pleased with the result. Would recommend them highly.

The whole experience from estimate to install was positive. Udiel is extremely responsive and has great follow through. Their prices are reasonable and the installation was completed within a week of signing the contract.
