Reyes Stairs & Remodeling

For my stairs remodel, in which I moved from a traditional carpeted stair to a wood stair with partial metal railing, Reyes started strong and worked really hard and well the first day of the job, with Reyes himself onsite and working alongside his team. However, after that day, he left the work to his team and never returned to check on it. The workmen also only took care with taping up dust coverings on the downstairs area, leaving my upstairs very exposed. Reyes told me he would guarantee the work for two years, but he never came back to finish the transition to carpet or fix a flaw on the steps. (He did fix another flaw that I caught earlier while one of his guys was still on site.) I was pleased with the materials he used and the quality of the painting/staining. I actually asked if his painter could do a matching cabinet and shelf job, but his bid was 3X the two other bids I received.

They got the job done quickly. They were reasonably priced; very clean and respectful of our home.

Reyes renovated my stair walls to metal rails. They managed to match all new stairs exactly the same as what we've had. The stairs turn out to look stunning! The job was done in a very professional manner. Jose was very nice, friendly and is a great problem solver. He monitored the whole procedure and made sure each step was done correctly. Highly recommend the company!

Contractor was very pleasant and efficient

Reyes came to do the stairs and did not complete the job to my satisfaction at all! Reyes stands by work that is not acceptable! Had them out 4 times and still did not complete the job, and had to pay someone else to complete the job. He will scam you!!! Do Not Use Them

They took the time to do a Quality job despite some challenges with the steps. Very satisfied with the job.
