Reyes Yard and Irrigation Maintenance

Mr. Reyes comes across as very conscientious and honest. We paid $4750 for ground to be tilled, rough leveled, and grass to be seeded on approximately 1/2 acre. Mr. Reyes told us he would be adding top soil. Instead we received a yard full of rock and sand. This was supposed to be a sports field for grand-kids and a smooth level field for dog agility training. There were so many rocks that we removed as many as we could, and he did have workers remove some more, but is still too rocky for the purpose intended. He insisted on all payments up front. Our bad: we trusted him. Never pay him up front. Better yet, find someone else. We watered this area that was supposedly seeded with two kinds of grass seed for 6 weeks. No grass ever came up. Now, we are out $4750 and have a field of weeds. Recommended? No

Incorrect work, he took the money and ran. My husband is now stuck finishing the work. Me being a women he would not take any direction from me, and was very hostile. He also left all of the debris at our house that we are now having to remove.

He kept making excuses as to why he could not do the job in a timely manner... after 3 months of waiting, I fired him

Lorenzo Reyes actually was able to move up our appointment for the estimate. After we showed him what we wanted done, he repeated it back to us and gave us a written estimate. He and his crew showed up on time the day of the scheduled work and pruned 3 trees and shaped 6 shrubs that were about 6 ft. tall. The cleanup was immaculate. They also installed a new watering system for all the trees, shrubs and planters. The work was impeccable and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Do not pay him until the job is done, we made the mistake to pay him in advance for the entire job because we had to go out of town, he completed half the job. But he cashed the check . when we asked him about it he said that the total job that he agreed on was not worth what we decided on, he then said he would reimburse us one half of the total but we never saw a dime. MAKE SURE YOU PAY HIM AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED, CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Had a bad snow storm in Prescott day before christmas and got ahold of a homeowners companies for tree removal, first to call on christmas even was out Christmas day with estimate, showed up next day and removed tree, cleaned up everything including neighbors backyard. Very efficient. Would hire them without hesitation.
