They went above and beyond, The person Originally signed me, The contract was no longer working there and he never ordered the supplies, The owner showed up, went out and found everything we needed, And was quite difficult. plus it was 90 degrees outside. And they worked all day long exceptional. Just they did what they were supposed to he want above and beyond. what was expected. and I`d recommend his company to anybody.

Mario and his crew worked fast and efficiently, and they cleaned up quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

We were happy with the service that the Reyes Builders and Contractors team provided. We had popcorn ceiling removed and our ceiling repaired/repainted. The team was respectful and even came back for touchups when we weren't initially satisfied. We appreciated that the team completed the job to our satisfaction and we're pleased with the end result.

Unprofessional workers, poor communication posture! Reyes left the work area dirtier than they found it! None of the electrical faceplates were installed, bare wires were exposed at one of the electrical outlets. Two senior citizen ladies were the customers, totally unsatisfactory the condition they left this workspace! We were told the workers would return to correct their project but they never did! A total disappointment!

Finished sooner than expected and they fit me into the schedule short notice. Great quality. Will use again.

Awful experience. Poor workmanship, no attention to detail, and will not call back to fix the damage he caused. He has no showed me four times now.

Reyes Builders and Painters LLC scammed me and stole my money for a job that was not what I contracted them for. I signed a contract for removal of textured ceilings and skim coating for 2900. I have a copy of this contract. Upon arrival, the worker was expecting a different job due to company miscommunication and was upset when he found out the job he was actually contracted for. He then convinced me to allow them to paint when they were done. He had me sign something that I was never sent a copy. According to Anastasia, apparently this meant he no longer had to skim coat. This was never discussed or seen on anything I signed. Anastasia said their 30 day install warranty was useless because they did not install anything, and since I waited over the weekend until Monday (after their Thursday install and having her send me my contract copy on Friday) to alert her to the problems, she did not take my complaint of their work seriously. They worked a 2 day job in a single 13 hour day and forced me through a 30 second walk through and quick-sign on a completed job where I had no floor lamps for light covers in my house since they were removed for the workers and it was 9pm and no outside light to see the job. I was amazed they got it done in 1 day and did not notice the quality until the next day. They refused to come back to skim coat to fix the work saying this would cost another 3k, and will not refund any money for not skim coating as contracted, since they say they never charged me for skim coating. I am not confident they can fix this work to look good, and they say they are not willing to do the job right with skim coating due to the added cost to them. I have dozens of pictures of the hideous embarrassing work where paint was missed, texture was not removed to the corners and they tried to hide it with caulk which is a mess that has to be removed and corrected. They also carelessly damaged my trim. The ceiling is not close to smooth and most importantly not what I asked for or signed my contract for. They also refused to accept a credit card on site or apply the 3% cash discount which their contract says they accept and this is false advertising. Notice the tricky wording on their contract saying if the work is signed off on, any revisions will not be included in the original price. Pretty hard to see quality with no lights on at 9pm with a crew of 5 people anxiously waiting to go home on your signature so they can leave. You'll understand my horror when looking at the work I agreed upon vs. What I got stuck with. I have filed a report with the BBB and have met with a lawyer about suing this company for my $2780 that I paid them for work that has to be completely redone. At this point I will need to have another company come out and prep the area with sheeting and tape, then skim coat, dry, sand, and paint, then clean up the entire ceiling over which is very costly and not easy to do neatly in an active home. I need my money back so I can pay someone to do what I originally asked for.

The guys who did the work (drywall, plaster and painting) from a burst pipe were wonderful. I cannot say enough good about them. I would recommend them to everyone and would hire them again for my projects.

Our 3500sq ft 1890 Italianate home is both old and extravagant requiring unique carpentry repair work and 8 custom paint applications. The work involved extreme detail in Gables, Corbels, Spindles, Dentils, Posts, Bay Windows and more. We appreciated the large number of workers Reyes Builders was able to throw at the project to complete it quickly and on target with the quoted price. With 5 children at home it was also important we find a company we could trust in our home - all of the Reyes Employees were kind and professional. Mario was persistent with a 'customer first' approach when it came requests requiring attention to detail and ensured each of our requests were finished. This being a large financial project we also appreciated they warrantied their work to show they have confidence and pride in what they do. We would book future projects with Reyes Builders.

Marios crew are fantastic workers and did a wonderful job painting both floors of our condo. They also did the drywall in our fire-damaged garage. They make sure that you are happy with their work before they leave. I HIGHLY recommend Reyes builders and painting.

I hired Reyes Construction to do some significant renovations of my house, including remodeling two bathrooms/showers, extensive drywall and complete interior and exterior painting. We received a bid for our exterior staining job which we accepted, signed and paid the 30% down, We were suppling the solid stain and the estimator knew we had 4 gallons and would let us know if we needed more. The day of the work the boss told us we needed 4 more gallons and sent us 25 miles to Grand Rapids to get more that day. (they only used 1 1/3 gallons of the new stain.) The boss also told us the job had been underbid by a large amount. he had signed the original bid before we accepted it.
