Exo Energy, Inc.

Do no ever go for EXO. Their CS is great at answering the phone and saying you are on backlog for scheduling but itâ  s been four years since I started a simple new construction 2kW solar and 6kWH battery install. They finished installing half my project but have yet to install my battery system. Iâ  ve accrued over $80k in lost rents from potential tenants and my home has been waiting for a battery since Jan 2022. They are holding my $25k contract hostage by not completing the project forcing me to hold the cash indefinitely like an uncashed check. I am actively exploring consumer affairs protection.

Very poor experience overall. While a majority of the crew was great, the management and overall coordination was extremely poor and not coordinated. Installation was started in April and as of posting this review in November 13th, is still not complete. Go elsewhere for solar, not worth the hassle.

Very poor experience. I was told Exo had done other jobs in my mobile home park yet the whole project was riddled with confusion from installers and multiple inspection failures. Once the system was in place, it had to be modified as it did not match my HOA requirements and the interface had to be moved to a different location. This left drilling holes at the original location. It took over a month from when I approved the project to begin, to when they first came out here to install it. which was in October. Inspections and re-inspections occurred through mid-March. It is now April and I have yet to see any benefit. For April I have had to pay my normal electricity bill plus the monthly payment for my solar loan. This would all be bearable, but to add insult to injury, Exo stopped answering my texts and calls. All in all a very poor experience.

I had EXO install solar and had a great experience. It takes awhile for all the solar to get approved but Iâ ve read thatâ s to be expected.

From the sales rep to speed and quality of install Exo has exceeded all expectations. Great company! Will recommend

Audie was awesome, he walked us through the process and was super responsive to all of my questions throughout the project. He also helped make sure everything went smoothly with our HOA. Great service, super helpful.
