Project took 1 year due to the contractor failing to pull permits,after I was pressured by the township with multiple court appearances waiting on the contractor to get the necessary documents to acquire the permits,I had to take things into my own hands and get the permits myself and had to install the silk socks around my property to please the environmental regulations and purchased a large tarp to cover the spoils and gravel which costed me a lot more money. Also the contractor throughout the process went M.I.A very frequently without so much as a text I had to contact them in order to see when they were going to come back and each time was given some random excuse also they destroyed items on my property without telling me had to find out during final walk through destroyed my 1/2acre property in order to avoid taking spoils they pretty much spread the extra soil on my property and ran it over with a skid steer leaving me to deal with the cost of repair to lawn. The quality of work is very poor the wall is missing lights thereâ s 3 lights on one side and 4 on the other leaving 35ft of the wall in total darkness when confronted received no response I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy ( ok maybe I would )but for the amount of money and aggravation I had to go through this year was not worth the final outcome
